Thank you for shopping with Al Nashama. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — Free on orders above AED 300
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — Rates calculated at checkout

3. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier's website.

5. Delays Al Nashama is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs clearance. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at sales@alnashamauae.com and we will assist you promptly.
